On an article in TOI on chimpanzees and thier ways of living
I wish we lived in a female oriented society, where sex and menstrual cycles were the economics of living. So much of life and I think all of appropriation is only based on that. Male variety would only be objects of reconcile. Something about the priorities of our ordered lives troubles me. I would think animal instincts understand much reasonable ways of existence than advanced beings do.
Male driven society will always set parameters in achievement and growth and prosperity and materialism. Nothing of what would complete a life. They would instead indulge extensively in the female counterpart for the completion of a feeling of ‘living’. And whats worse, the ‘female liberation movement’, these days, only reaffirms the ethics of a male-world by associating parameters of self worth within those realms. ‘I’ll handle the home and work and do it better than you.’ Well, yea-ah, you are multi faceted to do so and im sure you will too. But somewhere the anguish of emotional satisfaction shall remain unanswered and you will retrieve in your shell in the most terrible of falls. You will reduce yourself from being in an absolute advantageous position to being an object within society. Object of derelictions, torture, angst and submittance.
And then they call such screaming for rights, ‘women’s liberation’. I mean who ever imagined a movement to surface inner strength. I’m telling you, politics only weakens, and any kind of system gifts you only that. The real revolution occurs within every single women when her child is born. Only she has the power to bring life and bear the atrocities of making a part of her, an individual by itself. It is that greatness (which the Indian society thinks is very everyday), that she possesses to let go off a part of her to fend for itself. But when this is understood as mere biological prowess, each woman allows for the man to think he reigns. It takes too much off a being, to let go. A woman holds the strength to do so and her man succumbs to only that, each-and-every time.
